Who are we?
In 2010 My30Minutes launched its first EMS studio in Germany. By the time of 2022 My30Minutes has spread over multiple continents, expanding into a well-recognized EMS franchise. Maybe you’re asking yourself, why are we named My30Minutes? The answer is simple: 20 minutes of EMS training + 10 minutes to get in and out of the studio. So to reach your goals you have to invest at least 30 minutes out of your day. It doesn’t get any less than that.
LEADING EMS GYM
Don’t have time to drive to a studio? No worries, we got you covered. We provide EMS home sessions as well. Our trainer will drive to your preferred location and bring all the necessary equipment. All you need is a little bit of space to set up the machine and perform the training, and you’re good to go.
